Cultural Vista Alfa Fellowship Program Alfa Fellowship Program offered a unique opportunity to immerse in Russian businesses, social and cultural life. My role in collaboration with the Cultural Vistas over the period of 2018-2019 was to enable fellows to benefit from intensive Russian practice, not only to enhance proficiency but also to prepare for life in Russia, gaining valuable firsthand experience. My coaching included job interview training and professional development support, equipping participants for success in their careers.
Middlesex University A specialised course delivered in April-June 2021 designed for staff in the European Human Rights Advocacy (EHRAC) – an independent human rights litigation centre based in the School of Law at Middlesex University. Focusing on court hearings, legal terminology and case studies related to Central Asia, the Caucasus and Russia.
Royal Naval Air Station Culdrose Since 2018, I have successfully delivered Russian language courses for the Royal Naval Air Station in Culdrose. Building on this experience, I developed a tailored Survival Course for advanced students, ensuring alignment with the requirements outlined in the Defence Requirements Authority for Culture & Language survival language training. The course concludes with a formal assessment in listening, reading, writing and speaking, leading to SLP1 competency certification.
